This Alzheimer's Kit has 2 soft iD bracelets that lock on, a custom Alzheimer's sticker which could be placed on the front of the home or on the car, a custom shoe tag to be placed on the shoe or attached to anything the person keeps with him/her, a QR pin and clip to be attached to clothes, purses, backpacks etc, and a laminated iD card which can also be attached on to be visible to others.
