Because our son is in a moderate/severe placement that does CBI this kit is near and dear to our hearts. He was actually lost in elementary school and that is why we do what we do.. Kit has 10 clips, 10 pins, 10 custom shoe tags, 10 Special Needs cards and 15 Caregiver cards. Custom info and codes link to the classroom/teacher so if a student wanders off during a field trip the teacher/aid can be contacted.

Custom Shoe Tag

Pull the Zip Tie around the laces, strap, or any part of the shoe you can attach it to and affix. Voila!

The cool thing about these shoe tags is that as life happens you can cut the backing off and afix to another pair of shoes using the extra zip tie shipped to you Or pull shoe laces up through the holes on each end Or put a chain through the top and you have a Dog Tag.
